Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Because fragrances are personal scents, we offer a dedicated return window to ensure complete satisfaction. We accept returns of unopened items in their original, sealed outer packaging within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The transparent outer plastic wrapping (cellophane) must remain sealed and intact. Opened, sprayed, or tested fragrances are not eligible for a return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your package to request a Return Authorization.
2. Package the item securely to avoid damage during transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
